Orchard House, tucked into rolling hills with exceptional views over the Dart estuary towards Dittisham and Stoke Gabriel, has been recently reconstructed using local stone and Delabole slate. Whilst keeping a traditional appearance on the outside, inside the property is generous in its proportions, luxurious and relaxing.
The vast open-plan living area soaks up six people comfortably with homely furniture, modern essentials and breathtaking views. Beyond, the beautiful terraced gardens extend over ½ acre with separate access down to the water’s edge and plenty of space for sundowners, BBQs and stargazing.
Upstairs the three bedrooms, one super king/twin and two doubles, all have views of the surrounding fields or the river. Two bedrooms are en suite with generous walk-in showers and there is also a large family bathroom.
Sleeps 6. Children and well behaved dogs welcome. Changeover day is Friday.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 1 super king double (can be made into twin beds), 2 king doubles, 2 ensuites with walk-in showers and 2 basins, 1 family bathroom with bath and utility cupboard with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board.
