Cider Barn is one of the most romantic properties on the River Dart. Sitting a stone's throw from the river bank, only a wall of glass divides the living space from the water, wildlife, rolling hills and constantly changing sky beyond. The lofty two bedroom conversion is built in the style of a boathouse, which sits above a studio occupied by a garden designer and adjoins a working barn - home to Riverside Farm's original cider press and a boat builder/restorer.
The open plan living area's main focus is the double height living room with views across the river and a dramatic iron chandelier hanging overhead. A woodburner, homely furnishings and piano makes the room feel relaxing and cosy all year around.
Cider Barn has two balconies, one of which runs the full-width of the living area overlooking the river as it meanders towards Dittisham.
